Can someone please help?

Today I finally decided to order something from Heartagram.com, but I can't seem to be able to put more than one thing into the cart. If I add another one by clicking the countinue shopping button, the first one disappears. Am I doing something wrong or is something wrong with the page? Can someone please help me? To make this post legal: Credit goes to whoever took it.

Does anyone know how to change the permalink(the permanent link for the page) from Wordpress to custom made?????? PLEASE SOMEONE HELP I WILL OWE YOU FOR EVER. I know that I've been doing this a lot lately, but I can't move on until we get this damn website up. Does anyone know how to make "pretty permalinks" in WordPress? It's pretty much the last thing we have left and we really need someone who has knowledge of WP or websites in general. Please? please please please.
