the first batch of green coffee that i tried to roast was coffee from costa rica. the beans started to crack, i panicked, stopped the roast. the beans were far too underdone, and the coffee tasted terribly sour. the next day i tried to roast a batch of sumatran coffee. i was brave and let it crack, listened closely, a couple minutes later it cracked the second time, and i waited 30 ...
