Mornings are so hard

...and I am still having troube getting out of bed in the morning. It does not seem to matter what time I go to bed - 9, 10, 11 - it is a huge effort to rouse myself to wakefulness and move my slothlike body out of bed. Once I force myself out of bed and start drinking coffee and try to do some yoga and take a shower - my body seems to warm up and start moving of it's own accord and my brain begins...
