Dr Who and some other stuff

...the side characters have really excelled. Most notable were Derek Jacobi and John Simm, who both put on a fantastic performance as The Master. The villains have varied in quality from quite poor (The Slaveen, The Azorbaloff) to the fantastic (Anything from a Steven Moffat episode) to The Daleks (Oh god not again).
