Hello I noticed ep 23 is out...Doesn't this community usually post to annonuce when a new episode is out, I mean I did not notice until I looked on the tokyotosho tracker and noticed it, and considering that episodes are distributed through torrents that can lead to downloading when there is a lack of seeders.
