Picky eaters?

I don't have a date set for my surgery yet, but I am already starting to worry about eating. I am a super picky eater. I don't eat cottage cheese, any sort of yoghurt, any sort of seafood, any condiments except for ketchup, salad dressing, most cooked veggies (though I love them raw!).
