Giving meds

...'s not happy about it at all, and I'm really afraid that I'm going to hurt him when I try and hold him still. Scruffing him and sticking the tip of the syringe in the corner of his mouth works most of the time, but sometimes he's just not having... him to lick it up, but he's not interested. What has worked for you guys before, or should I just keep up with the scruffing method? Thanks in advance!
