Jobs that you're overqualified for....

...is about the best way to apply for these jobs. Should I take my education off my resume completely? I think that might be the only option in order to be considered for any of the positions. I just think if I leave my education on there that they will look at my resume and see my schooling and think "she's not worth hiring, she won't stay". It's true... but I need a job. So TQC, what should I do?
