I started reading The Story of Edgar Sawtelle tonight and about 30 pages I had one of those rare, delicious, shivery moments when I realize that I am reading an amazing book. " Tricksters Queen " by Tamora Pierce (new favorite!); " Heir to Sevenwaters " by Juliet Marillier (old favorite, remains one of top 5 at least!); and " Fathom " by Cherie Priest OH!  And really enjoyed " The Story of Edgar Sawtelle " by David Wroblewski a few weeks ago. (I heard an interview with him on NPR, bought the book that afternoon, finished reading that NIGHT! I highly recommend.)

Weekend Update

... nothing that made me think "Wow". I went to Polaris today for lunch with my friend from Wisconsin and to return some gifts.  Though I was never inside the actual mall I was surprised by the crowds.  One slip at Barnes and Noble and I could have been mowed over by someone on their way to a good deal.  Picked up The Story of Edgar Sawtelle (which I've been wanting since August) for about $15.
