Camp cooking for twelve Camping with Canadians inspired me to make a french-inspired version of buffalo wings. Americans make buffalo wings by deep frying chicken wings, then bathing them in a mixture of butter and Frank's hot sauce, before dipping them in blue cheese sauce.
