Tuesday brought my latest running milestone - and not just a little one, a fairly significant one. Three years, and seven months to the day, after I logged my very first "legitimate" running mile (running shoes!) I logged my 3000th mile. THREE THOUSAND MILES. And now I'm celebrating with warmed up fried zucchini from a steak place.
