A Tale of Two Roast Chickens

So I've made two roast chickens in the last two weeks. I don't often do them because M only likes to eat breast ... for my dinner. Sadly this chicken was good but I found it a little dry and not as well seasoned as I'd expect for the brine I'd made. Injectable marinades?

...has been injected with "creole style butter injectable marinade." I also seasoned it inside and out with McCormick rotisserie chicken seasoning.
