Hey fellow Melbournians! Just wondering if any of you lovely folks could recommend a restaurant in the South Yarra/Toorak area (I'm on the corner of Chapel/Toorak Rd) or anywhere within a reasonable PT distance where I could enjoy dinner with a special someone tonight. Restaurant high chairs

How do you decide when your kid can sit in the restaurant high chair (those wooden ones that seem to be standard issue)? Obviously size and a certain amount of sitting unassisted play into it...but *what* size and how full of win do they need to be at sitting? I thought of just using duct tape on a regular chair, but I'm a sensitive soul and cannot handle the glares of people who don't know ...
