help?!?!?!

... burn about 2300 calories. then, i started trying to watch what i ate, put things in on fitday before i ate them and i stayed about 1800-2000 calories for the past week. i know i didn't create a huge deficit or anything, but here's the thing. a week ago, when i started, i weighed 206 lbs. this morning i weigh 213. what is happening? does my body hear the words lose weight and rebel? what do i do?
