... i'm going to have to be careful not to sluip back into the evening binge thing because that was a nightmare! i think as long as i dont give in then it'll go again pretty soon but i'm going to have to have a rule like no eating after 6pm or somthing because if i have a little bit of somthing then they get alot worse!! not much else to say realy, just enjoy posting lol :D take care guys xxxxxxx

My life these days.

 I've been doing fine.  Joseph is too.  He already is riding a bike with training wheels. I am so proud of him and he is getting big every day.  He is now 3 years old.  Time realy flys. Of all the weight I have lost, I have gained 15 lbs back.  I am in the process of losing it.  So far I have lost 5 lbs. I intend to continue my weight loss journey throughout the summer.  I always feel my best ...

... so many calories!! black coffee=6 calories green tea=zero cals 158 calories i 'm goin to do some ecxercises right now.. I'm happy though coz today i was be able to breathe normal:) That's good.
