Running for 2009-11-19

... run 6mph 5:00 cool down Lots more stretching than yesterday. Not sure if it's enough yet, but it definitely helped. Brenda thinks that I should be spending my rest days working out my core muscles. There's probably something to this, since the first thing that started complaining about running was my abs rather than my legs. But racquetball is fun, and I'm already used to sucking at it. ;)

Tourney confusion

So the racquetball tourney starts today, and there are two conflicting start times for me, one place on the website says today at 6 pm, the other says tomorrow at 7 pm.
