user's request: come up to her workplace and set up network printer i adviced her to use really detailed instruction... she tried, but one problem occurs on the last step of instruction... after reason of this problem was solved remotelly, i asked her to try again... nevertheless, she were telling me that she not reach the result... well, when i got to her workplace, problems didn't occurs... ...
