laptop's down lately. cant get my pictures up now till a couple of weeks lter. been swimmin alot these weekend, odd. becoming a habit i think. desperate to shed fats before trainin starts. if not, i'd be struggling to get used to the tough trainin routine. hung out with the lot @ chomps on fri night.
