... elysee(orchard road/CBD). he showed us 4 dished...i liked it alot...i tasted alot of different stuff and this guy was more of like erm modern french fine dining style..alot of effort put into presentating and plating.but overally i thought it was really interesting to see and expereience!! well,tml i got 2 pratical class and 1 demo...imagine the amt of energy i have to have...darn!!haha.wish me ...
