Sweet and savory, hot and cold, smooth and crisp. I love to contrast textures, tastes. This is a mexican-inspired quiche, with sausage, colby and jack cheese, cilantro, diced tomato, red onion, jalapeno, seasoned with a bit of cumin and chili powder. 8-grain toast with goat cheese and honey, and a tiny tangerine with fresh blueberries. Black tea with berry essence to finish off.
