I'm so glad that I started doing Yoga. Pain tolerance has increased, I'm happier, I fall asleep faster (former insomniac), I'm more pleasant, I eat less, I'm more energetic, I crave healthier foods/drinks, and I wake up earlier WITHOUT BEING TIRED.
