2 servings OJ 1 banana 1 serving blackberries 1 serving Raisins 1 serving Craisins 2 servings salad 1 Green Pepper 1 Apple 10 for Day 1. sm. cup homemade oj 1 falafel ball w/ hummus sm. bowl cooked broc. 3/4 apple I had to have the juice cause my blood sugar was so low.
