Best Oatcakes/Oat crackers ever

A randomly weird but suprisingly tasty & easy recipe. I made a batch last night and can't stop eating them. Even plain, they're good. (ok they do taste like, well, unflavored oatmeal, but that's what makes them great! You can put anything on it - cheese, marmalade, dip, spread, marmite, whatever!)
