hey girls=] im in italy finally managed to get online on this site. havent got long tho. ive been doin okay. swimmin half a mile to a mile in the pool every day. definitely look lots slimmer. am about 153-154 now. i did get down to that the monday before i went away but then i binged just before i came to italy and was up to like 158 or so i think. andnow ive got back down. im aiming to be 149....
