Today we had nearly 9 inches of snow. That's put us at around 33 inches for the month of September. Snow, in and of itself, isn't a problem. It falls, you shovel out, ad nauseum until spring. At least it's fun to play in. However, when it melts, it becomes a problem if there's a) too much and/or b) melts too quickly. As it stands, this is the snowiest December in history, beating out the 1927...
