it is officially less than one week away now. l'appartement is paid for, maps have been purchased, the guidebook goes everywhere with me, i found a boxing studio where i can go to some classes, and i'm having a hard time focusing on the work i need to get done before i can leave. SO EXCITED!
Airfares from Portland to Montreal were in the $450+ range last week and are now more like $700+. What happened? Are there any alternatives? (We can't use the convention's discount on Air Canada because we're staying an extra week after the convention.)
Does anyone know how to get to Granby by bus? ETA: I posted this on montreal and got what is quite possibly the best response to anything I've ever posted there: I took a bus *from* Granby and it dropped me off at Radisson metro station. I was a teenager then and extremely stoned that weekend so I don't remember how that was accomplished. How can that NOT make you lol? ;)
