today was better: I studied 45 minuted. showered. shaved my legs, put on a skirt (both are "extras" in the department of self-care and should be noted as such) and...... went to work and managed without bad thoughts!!!! cooked myself dinner had a telephone conversation with a friend only downside is, I am developing a stupid cold.
