 I'm back, people, I am back.  It blows to have LiveJournal blocked on my work computer.  Why, motherf*ckers, why???  I ran the Army Ten-Miler two Sundays ago, and it was hot as a dog that day.  I finished 40 seconds slower than last year, which absolutely SUCKS!  But oh well, I've got a marathon coming up in TEN days.  The Marine Corps Marathon in Arlington/DC, so if any of you local folks would...
