It's been such a long time since I last posted here! My hair was too short and way too layered to do anything pre-1960, but yesterday I decided to give it another try and the result is not too bad. It's not my best hair day ever, but I'm proud of what I did, considering the (lack of) length of my hair.   I look weird without my glasses. What do you think?

Enormous Changes at the Last Minute

That's a helluva title, isn't it? It's Grace Paley's title. A book of short stories. Seems Grace died the other day. I saw the news at the Pittsfield branch of the public library & wondered whether my houseguest was the only other person in the building who knew who she was. Seems quite possible.
