Hey all... just joined the community today, thought i would post a quick intro... i have been diagnosed with Bipolar I (currently in a mixed severe episode w/psychosis), ADD combined type, and Panic Disorder without agoraphobia. i am on a list of drugs for the BPI (Lamictal, Lithium, Abilify, Celexa), nothing for the ADD, and 3 different drugs for 3 different levels of panic attacks - Ativan ...

newbie to the comm, but not to anxiety and panic

so i had my doctor apointment, and he prescribed me a benzo. Ativan. I was wondering what you guys think about that one? Will it make me sleepy if i take it before going to work? i guess im just scared of not knowing anything about it..
