Oh, just a heads up on my current progress: I can [but don’t always] shoulder press with 35kg’s of weight on a single longbar AND do ten reps with it. But always – at the very least – I lift 30kg’s, ten reps [usually go over by 2-3]. 4 days of resting my top have paid off because I have definitely increased in size...
