At Jefferson things are to the point, you deal with it immediately, no time for "collaboraton", and you spent the majority of time being child centered...talking to the kids and litstening to them. I get the impression that Greg would rather have you discuss and envolve everyone in certain decisions with the kids. Well...that's not me...and at Jefferson you dont' have time to do...
