TQC decide my life: My boyfriend and I are going to Lake Tahoe next week to do Christmas-lite with his family. Tahoe is a four hour drive (which I would be driving) from where we live, BUT it's snowing and I've never driven in the snow before. Should we just spring and fly there? We"ve meandered through Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah and now Nevada, through desert and over mountain passes - most recently the cultural desert of Reno and the highest always-open Sierra pass of the 431 and around Lake Tahoe, where there is some snow and some of the biggest pine cones *ever* :)
