Antibiotics/red poop?

Hi ladies. My son (6.5m) just started the antibiotic Cefdinir for an ear infection b/c the amoxicillian wasn't working. His first dose was last night a/b 9pm.  This morning he had a really loose, burgundy/red poop.  I know that the loose stool is normal for this antibiotic, but how about the funky color?  Anyone have any experience? Thanks so much!
