...isn't a point in having lv3 paralyze II with mnd gear set up since it will be resisted. And with full skill the chance of it proccing is slim. So seems like a waste. It won't ever land on Tiamat or Jorm. I think I've seen Cerb paralyzed once in three fights by some JP. And Khim was paralyzed once in my one fight. So I don't think its worth it.
