... things up a bit. secondly, Alicia at edittorrent is doing line-edits for readers: they post 4 sentences of their WIP and she edits them as she would a manuscript. a few of these are very instructive (Bliss, the second Anonymous, Lilly), a few are kind of vague, and a few i just disagree with stylistically, but they're all good examples of the kind of work editors do and what you should watch out...
