Или например будет ужасно материться если в файле inc2 (при структуре main [-> include "inc1"] [-> include "inc2"] попробовать использовать переменную из inc1 (лечится объявлением ее как глобальной. глупость неимоверная). Так что полагаясь на эти сообщения не стоит слепо ...
