Yesterday i did so well. About 400 Cals. Today i had to eat mash and some vegtables. But thats not the worst of it. Ive had a couple of slices of lemon cake :| i made it myself so ...cos i was sick this morning :( gonna do some crunches and watch my yoga dvd that i brought see if its any good :) puts me off going and getting more cake at least.
