CITY HOTEL

XM CITY HOTEL is made up of 2 buildings... Building No5 and No8.  I reckon the word BUILDING = BLOCK (over here in Singapore). Top Chinese Officials will be put up in Building No5, which is the more exclusive wing ( presidential suites, executive suites located here ). Very similar to Shangri-la's Valley Wing i guess. I call it the Chandeliers Hotel.... cos i see Chandelier ...
