I went to see the physical therapist today. It's been almost 8 weeks since my accident so it was time to learn some new strengthening exercises for my wrist. I now have one of those giant blue rubber band thingies for that. He seemed to be really impressed with how much movement and strength I have already, so that's good. He's hopeful that I will regain 100% of what I had before, or at least ...
