... track. In a year I went from being afraid of food to being a foodie who loves to cook. I do eat a lot healthier now. I feel like I owe it to my body after the stress I put it through earlier in the year. I now eat ... fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains and fish. I have so much more energy and can't wait to start the new year a healthier and happier me. I hope you all have a great new year too!
