Day one

It started out good, I was able to sit up, put my feet on the floor, stand up and then walk. No cane, no limping, nada. That is thrilling! Since I have been up for a while I do feel some fatigue in my back, interestingly, on the right side. Walking has been great. I wish it wasn't so cold out, I'd take Cody for a walk. I am under strict orders with a threat from Tom to NOT OVERDO IT as I am famous...

... her the number of Offwat :( I had this afternoon off to take my mum to the Audiology clinic to get her hearing aid. And Oh, she's over the moon with it. It's actually damn amusing, the way she keeps trying different things to hear them. And the joy on her face, I'm pleased as punch for her, I really am! :D While I was at the hospital, I got some new feet for my sticks so that was good too.
