Riesling wine makes me very happy. It's a white wine, fruity, sweet, not terribly dry. Best used as a dessert wine. When I was in culinary school, I had a Wine class. It was the only wine that I instantly liked. On my birthday or winter holiday sometimes I receive a bottle.
