Remembering German Christmas Treats

... part of who I've become. I especially like the gingerbread coated with chocolate or the sugar-coted ginger cookies. If you've never had these, you may think the combination of ginger and chocolate sounds strange. That was how I felt. All I can say is that they grew on me, and I love them now.
