Today is not a good day

I've been relatively well lately, not a lot of headaches, and aside from the weird nausea related to sinuses (I think) I've been feeling pretty good. Then last night, I got a migraine in my sleep. If rest is supposed to be the best cure for migraines, how in the world can I get one while I'm asleep? I'm sure it's probably the weird Midwest weather messing with my system. 50 one day and below ...
