today has been pretty good. I'm so glad this community is gainign members. ive eaten pretty normally today purged twice. my goal is to be 114 by this time next week i dont know wat i weigh right now but i think thats a safe goal. how is everyone doing today? also please spread the word about this community. ... can't I just enjoy the bar of chocolate my mum bought me?  Cause I know there is 252 cals in it and I can't eat it. I'm thinking about how I can avoid every meal tomorrow and Saturday.
