Sometimes people do things that are so utterly hurtful to us that we begin to "dislike" them and if they continue with the same patteren of behavior then we eventually start to "hate" them. Once you begin to hate, you can be sure of one thing, you're gonna bring yourself more unhappiness than you bring to the person you hate....

Forgive, but never forget.

... regret it.  My biggest moment of utter weakness.  I became the girl I used to always think less of.  And I do think less of myself, and I do judge myself.  But I happened, and I cannot take it back.  I need to get over it and move on.  Thats the hardest part.  Moving on.  I desperetly want to move on and put this behind me, but somehow I know that even forgivess cannot take the regret way.
