Данная группа похоже используется для проверки обновлений плагинов или запроса какой-то информации о них. В запросе фигурирует ClientKey ( менеджер ключей ) и названия плагинов, это у AIM Lite. В ответе фигурируют ссылки на страницы плагинов и судя по всему их версии.
