Yesterday, word told me to delete all lucida fonts. lol. so i did. oh god. And now nothing will open, the dock wont work etc, so i'm guessing i need those fonts back. How do i get them back?!

what are the fonts being used here?: http://www.craftscouncil.org.uk/ is the serif calvert? is the san serif helvetica and/or arial? (caveat: it may change depending on your own browser setting -- i'm asking about the apparent default fonts, assuming you haven't hardwired yr browser only to see beebopp and inkwell or w/evs)
