120 lb.s but im making slow progress im not eating eggs or dairy or grains or starches basically only veggies, fruit, and fish and im workng out daily but it never seems to shed fast enough and i know if i just stop eating il gain it all back right away i have only 11 days left so i want to lose at least a pound a day
